Job Description:  
-Monitoring office supplies and ordering and distributing new supplies as needed Oversee office related contracts i.e., Car lease, Office lease, Office Insurance, staffs’ insurance, suppliers’ contracts, etc.
-Prepare Admin. monthly report.

Qualification:     
-Thai Nationality, Female only, age 30-35 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
-Have Experience 3 years in Handling VISA & Work Permit for expats (BOI working on Sat. once a month based on company calendar)
-Good command in English.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30. /  Saturday once a month.
