Job Description:   
-Managing HR&GA department.
-Report to the Director or MD.
-Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and statistical data and reports.
-Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system.

Qualification:     
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age from 40 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in any related field.
-Good command in English/Japanese will be advantage.
-Japanese Language Proficiency Test at level N3 up.
-At least 10 years’ experience in Manger level.
-Working hour: Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00. (Saturday 3 time/month)
-Salary plus other allowances.
