Job Description:   
-To advise all affiliates on various commercial matters and support on a wide range
-To draft, review, or amend of simple and complex contracts including other legal
-To provide prompt and practical strategic advice and effective support IMCT in
-To conduct trainings for coordinators of all IMCT and work closely with legal team executives to develop training programs and materials for Japanese management in corporate secretarial services and Thai corporate laws.

Qualification:     
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female only, age 27-36 years old.
-Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Law related field.
-Experience 5 years in Laws and regulations required in business environment such as company, corporate laws, Foreign Business Act, BOI, labor and employment laws, PDPA, factory and environmental laws, and other general business laws.
-Good command in English.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00. / Saturday as company calendar.
