Job Description:

-Telesales of Financial and Investment course to B to C in Japan market.
-Oversee a team of outbound sales agents, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
-Track key performance metrics, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualification:

-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 22-35 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in any related field.
-Good command in English/Japanese will be advantage.
-Japanese Language Proficiency Test at level N2 up.
-New graduated also ok.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-18:00
-Salary plus other allowances.
