Job Description:
-Create innovative menus that reflect culinary trends, menus from around the world, religious and guest personal dietary requirements, and guest preferences, while maintaining the cost control.
Qualification:
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
-Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
-Island and private resort or villas experience will be advantages.
-Exceptional culinary skills in Thai dishes and menus from around the world.
-Good command in English.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00.
