Job Description:  
-Summary of the case and submit a report on customer complaints.
-Searching for cause Quality Solutions.
-Supports customer audit in process and product areas.
-Follow - up and summary supplier update report.

Qualification:     
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 32-35 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Education, Mechanical, Metallurgy or related filed.
-At least 5 year of experience on QA in automotive Industry.
-Understanding whole IATF 16949 System (Customer, Supplier).
-Good command in English.
-Working hour: Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00. (Saturday as company calendar).
