Job Description:   
-Managing HR&GA department.
-Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and analyze statistical data and reports.
-Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system.
-Report to the Director or MD.

Qualification:     
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 40-50 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
-Strong management and leadership. -Mindset for Strategic, Critical and Logical thinking. -Result oriented both Company and Employees.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good in English communication.
-Work in Rayong 1-2 day(s) BKK Office(not fixed).
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.
