Job Description:     
-Partner with company management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
-Design and implement employee development strategies and training plan.
-Auditing internal and external trainers, as well as its budget.

Qualification:     
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 37-42 years old.
-Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or Social Science.
-Have experience in HR planning and strategy.
-Good command in English.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30. Some Saturday as company calendar.
