Job Description:  
-Develop and implement policies & procedures and organization strategies to corporate and business objectives.
-Develop and build the morale of the subsidiaries team to be always in high level.
-Manage Human Resources, General Affairs, Training, Safety & Environment, Energy management department and establish or advise department accountabilities to subsidiaries team.
-Being company representative in negotiating with labor union.

Qualification:     
-Thai Nationality, Male only, age 38-45 years old.
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, General Political Science, etc,.
-Has experience at human resources and General Affairs Field for more than 10 in manager level or above in a multinational company.
-Good command in computer and English literacy.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:10.
